Mohan Tavorath

Mr. Tavorath is a seasoned board member, investor and technology executive.  He has invested in companies that have been recognized by the Inc. 500, Goldman Sachs Top 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 500 and Y Combinator.  He chaired the board of a data analytics firm from startup through acquisition a few years later by a global Top 5 biotech/agribusiness company.  Previously, Mr. Tavorath led a FinTech company that was one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US.  He previously served in various executive, management and consulting roles at KPMG, MetLife, General Electric (GE), Walz Group, Morgan Stanley and AIG.   

A Board Leadership Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Mr. Tavorath holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science (with Distinction) from the University of Poona, India and received his MBA (Dean’s List) from Columbia University, New York.

David Heath

Mr. Heath is CFO at Transportation Impact, a data-driven transportation and supply chain logistics analytics firm bringing cost efficiencies to clients in the multi-billion-dollar supply chain logistics industry.  Mr. Heath previously served as CFO of an agricultural investment firm with several hundred thousand acres under management, where he led a global finance team and served on the board of several operating companies. Prior that that, Mr. Heath was responsible for Zurich-based Credit Suisse’s clients in North America and Asia, supporting banking, insurance, asset management and broker dealer product lines.  He began his career at Deloitte serving multinational asset management and banking clients. 

A seasoned financial services executive, Mr. Heath graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Accounting with honors from the University of North Carolina.   He is a licensed CPA in North Carolina.

Charlie McNairy

Mr. McNairy is CEO of International Farming Corporation, a $1.5 bn agricultural investment manager.  Mr. McNairy has overseen farmland acquisitions, mid-stream assets and AgTech investments across many geographies and crops.  Mr. McNairy grew up working in his family’s agribusinesses, whose business heritage goes back to 1871. Mr. McNairy began his career in Morgan Stanley’s New York City real estate division focusing on principal investments, mergers and acquisitions, and REIT advisory work.  Mr. McNairy was a Morehead Scholar, Phi Beta Kappa and Academic-All ACC at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he played on two Final Four basketball teams for Hall of Fame Coach Dean Smith.

Mr. McNairy currently serves on the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Board of Visitors and the General Alumni Association Board of Directors.  Mr. McNairy received his M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Brian Goshen

Mr. Goshen is Chief Administrative Officer Sompo International Holdings Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sompo Holdings, Inc. Mr. Goshen joined the company in February 2014 and is responsible for their global Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Claims, Real Estate & Facilities and Marketing & Communication teams. He has over 35 years of experience as a Human Resources professional with more than 30 of those in the financial services industry after serving as a Personnel Officer in the United States Army.

Mr. Goshen has held various management positions with corporations including Goldman Sachs and Marsh & McLennan with experience across all human resource operations.  He most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer for AXIS Capital Holdings, a global insurance and reinsurance company. He holds a B.S. with Honors in Management and Organization from Central Washington University.

Aaron Hutchinson

Aaron Hutchinson is CropTrak’s Co-founder and President leading the organization since 2009.  He has a BS in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida (UCF).  A serial entrepreneur, his background includes military digital transformation and leading other large multinational SaaS teams.
