Shawny joined CropTrak in 2013 and leads CropTrak’s strategic innovation efforts. She has a BA in Geography as well as an undergraduate certificate in Climatology and Meteorology from University of Florida and certificates in Commercial and Government Contracting from Villanova University. She has over 20 years in software development, process improvement and international business process transformation.

Lon joined CropTrak in 2018 and leads Sales and Marketing.  He has a BS in Industrial Technology from University of Northern Iowa and a MBA from Drake University.  Lon has a background in enterprise sales management and ten years managing every aspect of a $700M food processing company.

Wayne joined CropTrak in 2015 and leads CropTrak’s customer facing efforts. He has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Wayne’s background is in building world-class business intelligence and system implementation teams in Defense and commercial markets.

Richard is CropTrak’s Co-founder and VP of Engineering. He leads the innovation and development efforts across all product platforms. Richard has a BS in Computer Science from UCLA and has an extensive background leading software engineering teams across organizations such as NASA, the U.S military, and defense industries.

Aaron is CropTrak’s Co-founder and President and has led the organization since 2009.  He has a BS in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida (UCF).  Aaron served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and has a background in digital transformation, advanced research, and leading large multinational software teams.
